BOAT FALL ARRESTOR

Designed and manufactured for one of the United Kingdoms leading boat manufacturers , while fitting out the boats the operatives are 4 - 5 metres above the ground, the boat fall arrestor raises the boats own pulpit rail by 300mm thus increasing the safety of the operatives -

Boat Inspection Lights

Designed and manufactured for one of the United Kingdoms leading boat manufactures, the boat inspection lights use high frequency tubes which recreate as near as possible pure daylight and thus show any blemish in the hull finish, the hull inspectors can tilt the lights to follow the hull shape this not only speeds up the inspection process but enhances the quality control procedure.

New Core Shop

Bruhl UK Ltd invested 2.5 million euros in a new core shop
This layout shows the final concept, which included 5 Laempe and one Davecore core machines, one core glue drying stove and one RDM core blacking stove along with the entire relevant power track, cooling hoods, assembly stations, cranage and extraction.

Reintroduction of Water wheel at Hem mill Shifnall.

The first two parts of the project have now been completed, part one was the installation of the water outlet pipe from the mill pool to the wheel pit complete with modulating electronic ball valve, followed by the replacement of the mill pool weir facility, the final stage is the building and installation of the water wheel and power generation plant, which is now at the build stage.
